Out Narniaway

Loren and I having just returned from seeing "Narnia," I feel I have to give my thumbs up. Pretty good, actually. Though, I thought several of the evil creatures looked suspiciously reminiscent of evilness in LOTR, but I guess it's an evil animation union kinda thing :-)

Also, there seemed to be several places where people/creatures were just drawn in for the extras, when not necessary. No, I'm not talking about the big battle. I don't know how to explain it, other than to observe that all the horseman and horses in the great hall at the end when the four were walking up to get crowned, well....all those horses and men looked EXACTLY the same. But, it's a little thing.

I enjoyed the movie.

And thanks go out to Wheeler, who mentioned the fly in the window--that little extra bit of detail--'cause, I had my eye out for Mr. Fly, and I saw him :-) At least, I think it was Wheeler. I get all these intellectual types mixed up, and basically, I am too lazy to go blog hunting. I mean, why quibble over facts?

I'd rather watch the news....
