Roman Legion Vs. Barbarians
A dreaded barbarian accosts the youngest legionnaire.
Squealing ensues.
Left--(pay no attention to the Dallas Cowboys jacket)
Right--another crafty barbarian with fake bow sneaks up on unsuspecting legionnite.
Progressive and gloating female legionnairess stands guard over prostrate barbarian, who may well have succumbed to exposure due to his unfortunate wardrobe selection.
Left--(grim-faced leader of the Nazgûl): "NO MAN CAN KILL ME!"
(fearless blondish maiden): "I--am--no--man"
Oh wait, wrong war....still, Trevor looks on in unabashed hero worship.
(The battle was postponed indefinately after the director/producer was called to the phone for a computer consult)

While I must admit that I was indeed surfing atop the plywood, and that it was indeed rather hairy, I must clarify that it was not I doing the driving.
I was simply consigned to kneeling atop the boards, praying silently that the plastic tie-down string would indeed hold (The Chevrolet Uplander has one of those pneumatically assisted upwards-lifting doors. If I hadn't held it down the door would have opened of its own accord).
There were however, some nice funnel clouds to watch about a mile to the east. Those were interesting. Safe to say, we were driving west
I SO wish to get a picture of a funnel cloud.
Oh no.
Great pictures of everybody. :)
