And for the weekend....Shakespeare!

It all started when I waited too long to get tickets for the Simon Estes concert in Hampton.

Sold out.

So I cruised over to UNI's Gallagher Bluedorn theater site to see what was playing in the next months...

Romeo and Juliet. This Sunday night. BINGO!

Kids are a buck, so Carolyn will be accompanying me :-D

I would prefer Hamlet or Much Ado About Nunc, but R&J will be fantastic, as well. Now I have three and a half days to reread the play.

Carolyn is all a twitter since we'll be seeing a REAL play on a REAL stage.

And I discovered I can hear Simon Estes at Parkersburg in May, anyway.

Supper's in the oven, snow is melting, and I went 4 miles on the treadmill today.

Life is good, baby!

I also had an email from Derek and classes are going well. Derek is one of those wonderful lads who reports in to his chère maman on a semi-regular basis. Or at least, does not require extraordinary measures to elicit a response.

(unlike SOME people at LeTourneau we could mention...)

Still, life is good.
