The Ma Side

 
Scientists were astounded earlier today, to discover a small green lizard, frozen in near perfect condition by the unexpected snow that fell overnight. When asked to explain this unusual phenomenon, the reptilologists were somewhat perplexed but did issue the following statement,

"We're not sure of all the details, but we do know it has something to do with Global Warming....*aside* (uh...right, Fred?....OK.) Yes, ladies and gentlemen, we are going with the GLOBAL WARMING THEORY."

Later estimates put the lizard's age at approximately 20 million years old, although there was some dispute amoug the younger ageologists in the group....("I'm tellin' ya Ralph, he looks just like my wife's uncle. I'm guessin' 40 mil...at least")

Remarkably enough, Bill Clinton was not available for a comment, but did release a statement saying he would be happy to stop by next week and lead the network crew in a chorus or two of "Kum Ba Yah."
