Al-righty
The first pole is in the hole!
I would have had this done earlier today, but part of the morning was taken up with snapping pictures to aid in any unfortunate trips to the ER, and well, you know.
Also, I went grocery shopping this afternoon, and people WILL want to eat supper (yep, I can't understand it, either), so I was delayed.
Still, here is the pictorial documentation of the process: "How To Put Up a Utility Pole in Your Yard, in 47 Easy Lessons."
On another note, Derek seems to be "out of rhythm" again, heart-wise. Probably a-fib.
I know, I KNOW....I keep telling him to "KNOCK IT OFF!" but he's a teenager, and....well, what can you do?
We hope and pray he will convert back to sinus rhythm on his own, as he did after a similar two-day experience, earlier in the year.
The excitement just never ends, around this joint.

Just two comments to make:
1) WOW.
2) K is holding a shovel and BAREFOOT?! Didn't you outlaw that after J's experience?
But see, any mishap would merely provide me with the interesting experiment of stitching myself back up.
And S, somebody (I won't name names) is getting WAY too lazy if she thinks she can get away with calling her siblings by mere letters :D
For the record: after that stitching comment from you, I never want to hear you call me weird again!
Kendra, I'm not being lazy, I was just trying to protect identities from the casual reader.
Anyway, if we all have a different first initial, shouldn't we get some mileage out of it?
