Carolyn Turns 15 !

Yes, November is a bountiful month. Full of harvesty, thanksgivingy, birthday goodness.

For her special meal--made exclusively by the birthday girl--Carolyn chose carrot casserole and cottage cheese/pineapple chunk salad.

The dessert? German chocolate cheesecake...YUM! Inspired by the Swiss Colony Catalog and produced, thanks to Internet recipe sites.

Ohhhh, the humilation! Not all of the candles were snuffed...

There was supposed to be another present, but I was let down by a certain online seller, who shall no doubt be feeling Ma's feedback wrath. I'm hoping it will arrive Monday or Tuesday.

The cheesecake was jolly good and sadly, not much is left...perhaps just enough for the favored few who watch The Red Green Show ;-)
