Anniversary Getaway - the first 15 minutes

This could be a long series, people!

Loren and I are safely ensconced in the hotel digs. Internet is up and we are fairly happy with the room. The "fairly" part refers to the stale smell of smoke assaulting us in our non-smoking room.

We may have to mention this, just they don't accuse us of puffing away, up here.

Also, I think it's rather important to establish the Alpha-Consumer status as related to the omega-desk clerk.

Now, as to clothing....let me just say, ladies, that even if you're only going away for 2.5 days, it's not too much to pack a solid-sized suitcase and fill a garment bag.

It's all about maximizing your options. Hey, I've already changed once, and we just got here!

I even changed necklaces, and since I only brought two, that is saying something!

(it's saying I am really lame when it comes to necklaces)

Mustn't make this too long, as Loren and I will soon head out for a vast center of cultural opportunity....
