Baby Bethany

Update on baby Bethany:

As of late Saturday night....she was switched from one heart/lung machine to another. (I think this is something they just have to do once in a while)

There is a one minute time interval between switching from one machine to another, and in that time interval, they saw that she still needed to be on the machine.

The doctors say she needs to make more progress and needs to make it faster. There is always the potential for blood clots forming from these machines. She is on a blood thinner to try and prevent that.

{10:00 p.m.} Here is a short bit from an IM I just had with Elizabeth, (great) aunt to Baby Bethany:

...they are slowly taking Bethany off the machines this week and said it doesn't sound too great.....Keep praying for God to be merciful as He sees best.
