Public Service Announcement

*ahem*

Ma is currently performing a scan of her brain cells, in an effort to locate and repair any damage incurred during a migraine earlier this week. This mostly consists of weeding outside and eating cinnamon toast inside.

OR, it could involve feeding toast to the woodchuck and weeding her indoor plants. We can't be sure until the scan is completed.

She hopes to be done in time for Monday's Memorial Day Hoopla, when daughter Ardith comes up to visit the family. Ma will be grilling bratwurst and burgers, provided the propane tank has not run out after the hubby used it to thaw a frozen pipe over winter.

In the event that there is no gas, all the candles in the house will be lighted--mostly birthday candles--and we'll see what develops.

Of course, Ardith the Braced probably cannot eat the burgers and bratwurst, but there will be plenty of soft foods available. Mostly cooked over a period of several days.
