Boy, am I.

Might have been the apple picking yesterday...reaching, craning the neck, stretching and trying not to fall off the very top of the step ladder.

I felt similar after jumping on a trampoline about six years ago. Messed me up for one day and then I was better.

*must remember not to turn head to left*
