A wet bicycle inner tube.

I'm thinking no, because a) it looks fully inflated and would likely be actually in a bicycle tire, and b) not enough curvature.
Of course now I'll be wrong look stupid.
I'm thinking shielded cable or tubing of some sort, although not exactly sure what. Compressor or bicycle pump line?
I'd also look loads smarter if I'd remembered that 'and' between 'wrong' and 'look'.
You both had rightness about youse.
It is looking north at the new electrical cable hanging loose from the pole.
The white van is in the background (yes, it's on the wrong side of the house) because Daddy was getting ready to take the borrowed skid loader and trailer back to Waterloo.
Those are drops of water from the overnight rain. And in those drops one can spy inverted pines from Mr. Lupkes' property :-)
