President's Day

 
In a demonstration of utter humility, I'm posting the results of a history quiz my dear, DEAR husband sent to me....

He missed 2 out of 7 on his attempt and then I smugly took it and missed 5.

Naturally I had to do some real soul-searching and self-examination and I came up with several promising possibilities:

1) He got lucky

2) He randomly clicked on an easy quiz

3) I have an undiagnosed brain tumor that causes intermittent lapses in memory and/or good judgment. (e.g. the advisability of taking online history quizzes)

The kids and I combined our intellectual resources and took the quiz twice, missing two the first time and only one on the second try. Derek was quite helpful on several answers, having nearly finished his government book for the school year.

So jump in and take the quiz. Take it several times, for the questions are randomized and you'll never get exactly the same quiz.

I know this for certain as I've taken four or five quizzes in my exhaustive research.
