Out and Springing About
Quite the nice afternoon, in Iowaland. Much of the snow has melted and Ethan insisted on Carolyn joining him for the start of spring training.

Trevor inadvertently hit a ball over the fence and had to go the long way 'round for retrieval.
He's walking in the snow with his shoes because I told him not to get in the mud :-)
Ethan's fast ball....
...the awesomeness of which appeared suddenly after spying the camera.
Not exactly outside, but not to be outdone in spring break activities, Kendra....
working hard at relaxing.
Ma had a nice nap too, for which the need demonstrated itself as she nodded off several times during church, this morning.
It's not from undue partying or even the time change, so much as Nolan coughing continuously during the entire night. The sound goes right through walls. Can you say, "earplugs?"
I hope tonight will be better, because I'm having my first migraine of the new year and my usual good combo of ibuprofen and acetaminophen is providing but moderate results.
Only fifteen more minutes until I can take the next dose! But I might wait until closer to bedtime so I can have a happier night.

Nice shot of Ethan's fast ball form!
It's days like this when I wish I were back in Iowa, to train.
