Take your average almost 53-year-old woman.

Place her in a compact car, on the side where the sun shines.

Disengage air conditioner.

OR, simply buy old vehicles and wait for the AC to crash. No one will want to fix it since something really important on the car might go bad, and then they will have wasted all that effort and money fixing the air conditioning.

Pick a hot day to do the grocery shopping.

Preferably after you've already weeded nearly 2 hours in sunny courthouse garden.

Just before noon.

When the siren goes off and raises your blood pressure, making you hotter.

Drive for at least 25 minutes, so you can have a chance to almost fall asleep, 3 separate times.

This will give you an adrenaline rush, which can temporarily make you feel hotter.

Repeat, as necessary.
