Back again....

....from fun cardiology appts. Just EKG's and listening this time--no echos.

Carolyn and Derek checked out alright...no change. These yearly appointments are for the purpose of developing profiles on both of them. (as well as any others that may show up in the younger kids)

For some strange reason, Derek presented with a sinus (normal) rhythm today, but with PAC's. (premature atrial contractions) The doc says that merely shows they can go in and out of their particular junctional rhythms. Carolyn's was further described as a lower atrial rhythm.

Too tired to look these up.

Anyways, they will continue to be watched, and try as I might, I just can't think of anything humorous to add.

Anna gets her pacemaker tomorrow. It's outpatient surgery, but you get put under, you get cut, and you forget the whole first day after you wake up :-)

I'm sure she and Cynic would appreciate your prayers. Her mom and dad have been moved into the same hospital room (in Colorado) and seem to be doing fairly well, considering.
