Diet-line, Day 3
the scale report: this morning's weigh-in showed a loss of one pound. That is a net loss of 1.5 pounds :-)
the cheat report: have not partaken of anything off the four-meal (per day)list, despite going to a local concert where they served chocolate cake and punch afterwards.
So, I realize now, that I used to think about food. A LOT. Now, however, my thoughts are consumed by food! Only eight more days until I can have a "cheat" break, which, amazingly enough, will correspond with a "Girls'-Going-Back-To-School-Shopping-Extravaganza. It is tradition to eat at Arby's. By then, my stomach will be so shrunken that I'll be lucky to choke down one chicken finger and half a curly fry.
I'm still waiting for the mental benefits to kick in from cutting out sugar. I've left the burner on at the stove, four times, in the last two days. I may have to add a new category to the reported statistics.

Well, that's it for today. I still have time to get in a little more practice at pretending I am full. Tweet

Are you going to post the details of the diet, or is it a secret? You're getting fast results, but if you're like me, it shows first in the face, not where it's really needed (of course). Have you heard the saying that, after 40, a woman has to choose between her face and her figure (for looks, I guess)? Does that mean a skinny face is not attractive? Food for thought (since we're obsessing on food!).
