Shopping Adventures With Ma
It is snowy and cold. The roads show signs of deterioration.
Ma is faced with the potential life-or-death decision...Should she take time to stop at Goodwill?
Her lightning quick brain sorts through the odds of survival vs. the dangers of missing out on some great buy....she decides to stop.
OH HAPPY DAY! She discovers a video of The Three Tenors :D
Is this a great country, or what?
No matter what happens now, her life has been complete. Victorious Ma heads over to Wal*Mart, the dwelling place of Dove's, Lindt, and other vital necessities.
*buy, buy, buy, buy, buy*
Having safely made it out of Wal*Mart without setting off the inventory alarm, Shopping Ma fights her way to the car and notices...
..."CART ROUND-UP IN PARKING LOT 'B'!!"
Dealing with weather hardships that would daunt lesser women (not to mention, men), Adventurous Ma determines to press on....
...secure in the knowledge that if stranded, she will have enough chocolate to survive for several hours.
*GASP* The bank thermometer measures a paltry 7 degrees! How will Ma manage?
We weep for her staunch courage in the face of numbing adversity.
Upon leaving the grocery store, Driver Ma traverses snow-covered city streets with deft turnings and calm aplomb.
Aload with supplies, Victorious Ma heads home on iffyish roads.
Ma hears the wind whistling through the crack of the malicious rear window.
Unable to hold itself up, the lazy window inches downward, letting in potentially lethal cold air.
Ma takes a picture while driving (is there no end to this woman's talents?) and continues bravely on...
Oh dear! It is a forlorn cow, left out in the cold. Snow collects on the helpless bovine's hide.
Ma sends out a telepathic message of empathy..."Bon chance, mi moo-moo amigo! Be strong, My hoof-ed One..."
O blessed relief! Intrepid Ma is almost home, having successfully bucked the encroaching drifts with the help of her faithful sidekick, "Green Lincoln Dragon Lady."
Well done, Ma. You---are---our---HERO.

Mommy! Stop taking all those pictures while driving!
Isn't driving in the snow fun?
There wasn't any traffic around, and a couple times I actually stopped the car and rolled down the window. Just don't tell your father...
I find that the fun of driving in the snow increases the closer one gets to home.
