Girls and Ma Go Marshy
I told Melinda and Carolyn we were goin' to hunt for the elusive pelicans at The Big Marsh. With one dry day between rains, Thursday was it!
We didn't find any pelicans, this time. So sad. But we did see lots of other, neat naturey stuff, captured in a Picasa album of 31 photos.
It was a tad chilly and we walked and WALKED. Ma is out of shape and tired, but it was a goodish time. Couldn't get Carolyn to hold the snail or crayfish claw, however...she wanted to take some pictures but Ma wouldn't share. Maybe some day I'll grow up and not be so selfish.
