Big, Big Day Up at the Hoytstead....

...unfortunately I have a killer headache and am going to bed as soon as I transfer my laundry to the dryer.

However, we DID have the propane tank moved this morning. Many lilies were crushed, but it will be OK. Those things grow like weeds, anyway.

Thanks to Ethan and Carolyn I got a little work done at the church, then went into town for an emergency creme rinse run....when you have girls with long hair you can-NOT run out of creme rinse. Took the three young whippersnappers with me and they played at the park for a bit.

Then, THEN Ma went out and dug up all the grass around the grape vines, which was facilitated nicely after I pruned the grape vines back to nubbins.

Now when people drive by they will no longer say, "Oh look...the Hoyts are growing crab grass....again."

Work on music for a family camp skit and then a quick practice completed the day, as well as reading aloud another chapter from Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea.

Now I will be in fine shape as soon as the headache meds kick in...
