As the sun slowly sinks.....

 
....beneath the barbed wire, I am reminded that this is the last Iowan sunset Sharon will see until December.....because.....yes, tomorrow she is off to sunny Argentina!

Which is actually having winter, right now :-D

Loren has to work, but the rest of us will load ourselves into Moby Dick, the great white 15 passenger van and head for Des Moines around noon, tomorrow.

Des Moines, Iowa, home of the Des Moines International Airport. It's small, but somehow it just seems tiny.

So we would appreciate your prayers for safe travel: the van back and forth to the airport, and Sharon with flights to Atlanta, GA, Chile, and then Buenos Aires.

p.s. if the sunset picture (or any other pictures) do not appear, it is not my fault...it is totally, TOTALLY Blogger's problem/fault/once-again-breakdown-in-services.
