2nd Day of the Great LA-MAMaL
As in, the Great Last Autumnal Mow Across Ma's Lawn.
I got another portion whacked off today, bringing the last lawn-mowing up to 1/4 done, optimistically speaking.
Along the lines of fall chores, Ethan dug up his potatoes, today...

Way to bend those knees, Ethan :-)

He got more than one whopper, amidst the spuds. Any three of which could provide a meal for the family.
In baseball news, our lives shall now revolve around the World Series, including meals in the living room, with--at Ethan's insistence--surround sound.
Really enhances the roar of the crowd, not to mention Joe Buck's honey-toned commentary.
I'm not sure how we even watched baseball before surround sound...
In the spirit of things, we're eating hot dogs for supper, carefully cooked to a fine balance between lysteria-laden rods of death, and cereal-stuffing-popped-out innards.
And actually, the kids don't mind if they've been overcooked, since they still retain the essential nitty-gritty of meat scraps and fillers, laced with large amounts of artificial flavoring.
I am such a GOOD MOM.
And now, the nitrates call to me...

My condolences to you and all Yankees fans on their loss last night.
I'm sorry. That was a lie :-D
Go Phillie! (or any other team, as long as it's not the Yankees)
That's OK, Cousin :-)
They certainly played a better game than the Yankees.
